Program

The same eleven angles, every month, until the building is done.

Monthly aerial capture of an active build on a programmed flight path, so every visit frames the site exactly like the last. You get a comparison set each month, a dated archive, and a finished build film when the keys are handed over.

What one visit produces

A flight path is programmed on the first visit and flown identically on every one after it. Ten to fifteen stills from fixed waypoints, sixty to ninety seconds of 4K video on the same orbits, and a same-frame comparison pair for each waypoint — this month beside last month, aligned. Delivered within three business days of the flight, in a gallery that carries your logo and not ours.

Why the waypoints are fixed

Progress reads as progress

A photo from a different angle each month shows a building. The same angle each month shows a building changing. That is the difference between a gallery and a story, and it is the whole reason the program exists.

The film cuts itself

When every frame matches, the end-of-build film is an edit, not a rescue. Sequences hold, dissolves land on the same corner, and the finished piece looks like it was planned from the first pour — because it was.

Owners and lenders stop asking

A monthly comparison set answers “how far along is it” before anybody has to write the email. Investor updates, draw support and sales-office screens all pull from the same folder.

It pairs with the measured record

The aerial program is what people see. The pre-drywall capture is what they open two years later when there is a question. Inside a program, pre-drywall is priced below the one-off rate because we are already on the site.

Milestone: four visits timed to the build rather than the calendar, for a custom home where the film matters more than the monthly cadence. Build program: one home or one building, typically a custom residence or a single structure. Commercial site: multifamily, mixed-use, industrial or any site over roughly two acres where the flight path runs longer. Billed monthly across the program; the build film is released on the final payment.

Not sure yet? Fly it once.

Book a standalone site flight at $650 — the same half-day aerial on the pricing page. You get your own site from the air, the waypoints get programmed on that visit, and if you sign a program within 30 days the $650 is credited in full. The proposal arrives with your building in it, not a sample.

Four or more sites at once?

A builder with several active homes does not need several programs. The portfolio program puts every active site on one route day a month, one invoice, and one gallery per home — and it is where the per-site cost drops furthest.

Price

Milestone $3,900 · build program $6,500 · commercial site $9,500 · each includes up to eight monthly visits, the comparison sets, the archive and the build film. Add a site camera for a continuous time-lapse on the flagship viewpoint.

Questions
How many visits does a build actually need?

Custom homes in the Valley run six to eight months from pad to keys, which is why the build program covers eight visits. If the film is the point and the monthly cadence is not, the four-visit milestone program catches pad, framing, dry-in and completion for $3,900. Longer builds add months at the published rate; shorter ones finish early and the film is cut when the site is done.

Is this the same as construction progress documentation?

No, and the difference matters. Progress documentation is a measured, dated record for disputes and warranty defense. The aerial program is what you put on the sales-office screen and in the investor deck. Many builders run both on the same site, and pre-drywall capture inside a program is priced below the one-off rate.

Who owns the footage?

You do. Every still and every clip is delivered as files, licensed for your marketing, sales and reporting without a subscription or a hosting fee. We publish nothing without written permission.

Can our superintendent request an extra flight?

Yes. A flight outside the monthly schedule — a pour, a crane day, a topping-out — is added at the published additional-month rate and cut into the film like any other visit.

Do you fly over active crews?

We fly under FAA Part 107 with a certificated pilot, coordinate the window with your superintendent, and do not overfly people. On most sites the flight takes under twenty minutes and nobody stops work.

What about the hardscape or the pool contractor on the same site?

Trade contractors buying content for their own marketing are served by a separate retainer product rather than a build program. Ask us and we will point you to the right place.
