Deliverable

Two kinds of video. We are clear about which one you are buying.

Edited films come from the progress programs, where we controlled every frame. Raw, edit-ready source files come from photography days, for the editor or agency you already have. Both are real products. Neither pretends to be the other.

Edited marketing films outside a progress program — a completed-building film, a community launch piece — are quoted after scoping, because the shoot day and the edit are planned together. We do not sell “a video” at a flat rate without knowing what it is for.

Why the distinction is on the page

A build film works because we flew every frame to a plan and cut it knowing what was on the card. That is a controlled pipeline and we stand behind the result. A commercial photography day produces beautiful footage that belongs in the hands of whoever owns your brand voice; pretending our edit would match your agency’s is how a client ends up paying twice. So the raw files are the product there, delivered properly, and the edit goes where it should.

Questions
What format are the raw files?

4K, in a flat or log profile with a reference LUT so your colorist starts from the right place, logged by location and shot. Delivered as files you own.

Can you cut something from the raw footage after all?

Yes, as a quoted edit. We would rather quote it honestly than fold a generic edit into the day rate and have it fight your brand.

Do progress-program films use ground video?

They can. Interior walkthroughs, a crane lift, a topping-out: captured on a program visit or shot by you and sent over, and folded into the build film.

Is drone video included in the aerial add-on?

The $450 aerial add-on on a photography day is stills. Add raw video for another $450 and the same flight produces both.

Programs and site cameras are Phoenix-metro only; everything else is quoted from the published zone table, and we work nationally.
