Stop handing contractors a floor plan from 1998.
A measured, current record of every space you operate — on one consistent standard across an entire portfolio. Plan moves, verify capacity, scope work and bid it accurately without sending someone out with a tape measure.
Five things a measured record fixes.
Accurate bidding
Contractors price risk when drawings are unreliable. Give three bidders the same measured DWG and the spread narrows — usually by more than the documentation cost.
Move and space planning
Real dimensions for real furniture. Verify a layout before anyone moves anything, and check occupancy and capacity against actual measured area.
Portfolio consistency
Same layers, same conventions, same deliverable set across every building you operate. One standard instead of forty inherited formats.
Remote assessment
A walkthrough anyone can open in a browser. Regional staff, vendors and consultants stop flying out to look at a room.
Institutional memory
Staff turn over. The building doesn't. A measured record outlives whoever knew where things were.
Priced by the portfolio, not the building.
Documenting forty buildings one at a time is the most expensive possible way to do it. Batched capture across a campus or a portfolio costs meaningfully less per building, and volume pricing reflects that — up to 20% below single-building rates on 16 or more.
Annual agreements are available where spaces change frequently enough to need re-capture: labs, classrooms, tenant suites, clinical space.
| Program | Discount |
|---|---|
| 3–5 buildings | −10% |
| 6–15 buildings | −15% |
| 16+ buildings or annual agreement | −20% |
What facilities teams ask.
Can you match our existing drawing standard?
Drawings arrive on AIA standard layers. If you run your own convention, send it with the scope and we'll quote the remap — set once, then applied across the whole portfolio, so it's a one-time cost.
Can you work in occupied buildings?
Yes, including after hours and on phased schedules. Occupied space takes longer and produces more occlusion in the measured geometry; we'll flag it in the quote if it's material.
Do we need special software to use the walkthrough?
No. It opens in any browser with a link. The CAD files need CAD; the walkthrough needs nothing.
How often would we need to re-capture?
Only when a space materially changes. Most buildings are captured once and re-captured after a renovation. Annual agreements make sense where a meaningful share of your space changes every year.
Are you insured, and can you pass a vendor onboarding?
Certificates of insurance on request, NDAs signed routinely, and we're familiar with institutional vendor onboarding and background requirements. Send the packet with the scope.
What we actually deliver here
The services this work is usually scoped as: as-built drawings, emergency response floor plans and measured square footage. Everything comes off one capture of the building, and all of it is priced publicly — you can price your own project without talking to us first.
