Every active home, one route day, one invoice.
A builder with four or more homes under construction does not need four programs. One route day a month covers every active site on fixed waypoints, every home gets its own gallery and its own film, and the per-site cost drops the further the route runs.
How the route works
Sites are sequenced into one day. Each is flown on its own programmed path, so the first visit to a new lot sets its waypoints and every visit after matches them. Homes enter the route at pad and leave it at keys; the invoice adjusts monthly to the number of active sites. Each home gets its own gallery, its own comparison sets and its own short film when it closes — the sales team never has to explain why the Johnson lot is in the Miller lot’s folder.
| Active sites on the route | Monthly | Per-site film at closing |
|---|---|---|
| 4 sites | $1,900 | Short film, included |
| 6 sites | $2,400 | Short film, included |
| 8 sites | $3,000 | Short film, included |
| 9 or more, or multiple communities | Quoted as a package | Short film, included |
| Pre-drywall capture for any home on the route | 15% below one-off | — |
Sites within the Phoenix metro. A route that spans Carefree to Queen Creek is still one route; we plan the sequence, not you. Sites enter and leave monthly, and the rate follows the count.
Book a standalone site flight at $650 — the same half-day aerial on the pricing page. You get your own site from the air, the waypoints get programmed on that visit, and if you sign a program within 30 days the $650 is credited in full. The proposal arrives with your building in it, not a sample.
Every listing has progress media before it has a listing
A spec home marketed at framing with an aerial comparison set sells against renderings. Buyers respond to a real site changing month over month in a way a rendering never gets.
Pre-drywall on every home, without a separate mobilization
We are already on the route the week your rough-in passes. Adding the measured pre-drywall capture to a home on the portfolio is a schedule note, not a new booking, and it is priced accordingly.
The closing gift that costs you nothing extra
A short film of their home being built, from the lot to the keys, handed over at closing. It is included, and it is the thing owners share.
Warranty and sales pull from the same archive
The gallery that fed the sales page is the same dated archive the warranty department opens in year two. One folder, both uses.
Four sites $1,900 a month · six sites $2,400 · eight sites $3,000 · larger portfolios quoted as a package. Short film per home included. Pre-drywall capture for any home on the route at 15% below the one-off rate.
What counts as an active site?
Any lot between pad and certificate of occupancy that you want flown that month. Sites come on and off the route with a week’s notice and the invoice follows the count.
Can the route include a model home or a community amenity?
Yes. A model, a clubhouse under construction or a whole phase from altitude fits on the same route day. Community-wide aerials for the sales center are the same flight with a different deliverable.
Is there a minimum term?
Six months. Most portfolios run continuously because there is always a next lot.
Do we get a film for every home?
Yes. Each home closes with its own short film cut from its own visits. Upgrades to a longer film are priced on the build film page.
Can a site camera go on one of the homes?
Yes, usually the flagship or the model. The site camera is priced per viewpoint on top of the portfolio rate.
Phoenix metro. Anywhere within 35 miles of Gilbert — Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Scottsdale, Tempe, Glendale, Peoria, Queen Creek and the rest of the Valley — carries no mobilization charge. Programs and site cameras are Phoenix-metro only; everything else is quoted from the published zone table, and we work nationally.
