Phoenix based. We work anywhere in the US.
iGUIDE capability is thin across the mountain west, and most operators who have it are companies scanning their own properties rather than firms selling the service. That is why clients fly us in.
How travel is priced.
| Zone | Distance from Gilbert | Charge |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 35 miles or less | Included |
| 2 | 35 – 100 miles | $250 |
| 3 | 100 – 300 miles, drive | $950 + $75/day |
| 4 | Fly-out, anywhere US | Travel recovery + 15% |
Minimum booked value of $3,500 per day on site, plus travel recovery. Travel days bill at 50% of day rate. Travel recovery covers flights, lodging, ground and per diem, quoted as a flat estimate agreed in advance, so there is no line-item argument later.
Batch your sites.
This is the single biggest lever on cost, and most clients do not know to ask. Multi-site programs are quoted as a package — the more we capture per trip, the lower the cost per site.
Eight locations across three states is a materially cheaper project than eight separate ones. If you have a portfolio, tell us the whole portfolio rather than the first building.
Where we regularly quote
Zone 1 — no travel charge
Everything within 35 miles of Gilbert is included in the quoted price with no mobilization line. In practice that covers essentially the entire Phoenix metropolitan area and most of its commercial building stock:
Buckeye, Maricopa, Anthem and Florence sit near or just beyond the boundary depending on the specific address. We will tell you which zone you are in when we quote, before you commit to anything.
Zone 2 and 3 — the rest of Arizona
Tucson, Casa Grande, Prescott, Payson, Flagstaff, Sedona, Yuma, Lake Havasu, Kingman, Show Low, Sierra Vista and everything between them are reachable by road and priced off the published zone table above rather than negotiated. A Tucson building is Zone 3 — $950 plus $75 per day — and a Casa Grande building is Zone 2 at $250.
Because the charge is per trip rather than per building, two buildings in Tucson cost the same in travel as one. That is the single largest lever you have on a multi-site project and most clients do not think to use it.
Why out-of-state clients fly somebody in from Arizona
It sounds inefficient until you look at the supply. iGUIDE capability is genuinely thin across the mountain west, and a large share of the operators who own the equipment are property companies scanning their own portfolio rather than firms selling the service to anyone else. For a client in Montana, Wyoming, Idaho or rural Nevada, the realistic choice is often between flying in an operator who does this professionally and hiring a residential photographer to attempt commercial documentation.
The economics only work above a threshold, and we would rather state it than have you discover it: a single small building out of state usually earns less per day than staying home, which is why there is a $3,500 minimum booked value per day on site. Two buildings in the same trip changes that arithmetic completely. If you have a portfolio, send us the portfolio.
What we need to quote a trip
- Addresses of every site, not just the first one.
- Approximate area of each and floor count.
- Which deliverables you need — the same list for all sites, or does it vary.
- Access constraints: occupied, secured, escorted, after-hours, badge lead time.
- Your deadline, and whether it is a hard date or a preference.
That is enough for a fixed, itemized quote including travel recovery as a flat agreed number — not a per-diem reconciliation with receipts arriving after the invoice. Send the list and you will have a number back, usually the same business day.
