Groundbreaking to keys, in ninety seconds.
A finished, edited film of the build — cut from monthly aerial visits, site-camera time-lapse, and any ground video captured along the way. Included at the end of every progress program, and available on its own for a build we have already been flying.
Three lengths, three jobs
| Film | Length | Built for | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Short film | Up to 90 s | Social, website, sales-office loop | $1,500 |
| Feature film | Up to 3 min | Investor decks, awards, launch events | $2,500 |
| Long-form with interviews | 3–6 min | Brand, recruiting, project retrospective | From $3,500 |
| Interim cut, mid-build | Up to 60 s | A milestone, a topping-out, a pre-sale push | $750 |
| Vertical re-cut of any film | 9:16 | Reels, Shorts, TikTok | $350 |
Every build program includes the short film; every commercial-site program includes the feature. Upgrading to the next length is the difference in price. Films are licensed to you for every use, with no subscription, and released on the final program payment.
Fixed waypoints
A film built from monthly flights only works when every flight framed the site the same way. That is the reason the program flies programmed paths rather than whatever looked good that day.
Music and pacing licensed for you
Licensed music, titles in your brand, your logo on the end card. Nothing in the film requires a further license to publish anywhere you already publish.
Ground footage folds in
Interior walkthroughs, the crane day, the first family through the door. Captured on a monthly visit or shot by you and sent to us, the film absorbs it.
One film, every platform
Delivered in 16:9 for the screen and the deck, with a vertical re-cut available for social. The same edit, framed for where it will actually be watched.
Footage we did not shoot
We cut films from our own capture, because we know what is on the card. Footage shot by others — a superintendent’s phone, a previous photographer — is reviewed first and quoted after we have seen it. Sometimes it holds a frame well enough. Often it does not, and we would rather say so than sell an edit that fights its material.
Short film $1,500 · feature $2,500 · long-form from $3,500 · interim cut $750 · vertical re-cut $350. The short film is included in every build program.
Is the film included in the program or extra?
Included. The build program includes the short film, the commercial-site program includes the feature. The table above is for upgrading a length, adding an interim cut, or commissioning a film on a build we have been flying outside a program.
How long after the last flight is the film ready?
Within two weeks of the final capture. Interim cuts are delivered within one week of the visit they follow.
Can we approve the edit before it is final?
Yes. One review round is built in, with a second at cost if the brief changed. Titles, music and end card are confirmed with you before the first cut.
Who owns the film?
You do, for every use, without a hosting fee or a subscription. We hold copyright and publish nothing without written permission.
Do you shoot video outside a program?
See the video page. Raw source files come with photography days; edited films outside a program are quoted.
Phoenix metro. Anywhere within 35 miles of Gilbert — Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Scottsdale, Tempe, Glendale, Peoria, Queen Creek and the rest of the Valley — carries no mobilization charge. Programs and site cameras are Phoenix-metro only; everything else is quoted from the published zone table, and we work nationally.
