One camera, one viewpoint, the whole build.
A fixed construction camera mounted on your site, capturing on a timer from the first day to the last. Solar and cellular, sealed for Phoenix heat and dust, checked by hand on every monthly visit, and delivered as a continuous time-lapse and a live gallery that carries your logo.

A second viewpoint on the same site is the same monthly rate with a reduced install. Cameras are placed on a pole we supply, a light standard, a crane mast or a neighbouring structure with permission. No power or network needed from you.
It stops uploading
The most common failure on any construction camera, and the most expensive, because nobody notices until the pour is over. Uploads are checked every day. A gap is a same-day site visit.
The angle drifts
A pole that leans two degrees after a monsoon ruins a time-lapse. Every monthly visit re-verifies the frame against the first day’s reference and corrects it.
Someone takes it
Rare, but stated plainly: while mounted on your site the unit is your responsibility up to a stated replacement value, as your builder’s risk already treats anything else on the site. The enclosure is locked and fourteen feet up.
Book a standalone site flight at $650 — the same half-day aerial on the pricing page. You get your own site from the air, the waypoints get programmed on that visit, and if you sign a program within 30 days the $650 is credited in full. The proposal arrives with your building in it, not a sample.
Why this is not a camera-company product
Most construction cameras are sold by the company that makes the camera, monitored from another state, and serviced by shipping you a replacement. Ours is on a site we are already visiting monthly for the aerial program, cleaned by a person who knows what the frame looked like on day one, and cut into the same build film as the aerials. The camera is the least interesting part. The attention is the product.
$650 per month per viewpoint, plus $750 install and de-install. Hosting, monitoring, the monthly check and the finished time-lapse are included. Phoenix metro only.
How long is the minimum?
The length of the build, with a four-month minimum. Cameras come off when the site is done, not on a calendar date.
Can we watch it live?
The gallery updates as frames upload, so your sales office, your owner and your lender can open the link on any day and see the site as of that morning. It carries your logo and no camera-company branding.
Do you need power or internet from us?
No. Solar with a battery, upload over cellular. If the site has a suitable structure we mount to it; if not, we bring a pole.
What about privacy on neighbouring properties?
The frame is set to the building and the site. Where a neighbouring residence would fall inside it, we mask that area in the gallery and the film. Tell us at scoping if there is a concern.
Can we add a camera to a build that has already started?
Yes, and it is still worth doing. The time-lapse starts from the day it is installed; the aerial archive covers what came before.
Does this replace the aerial program?
No. One is a single fixed angle every day; the other is every angle once a month. On a project with a sales office or an investor audience, run both and get one film.
Phoenix metro. Anywhere within 35 miles of Gilbert — Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Scottsdale, Tempe, Glendale, Peoria, Queen Creek and the rest of the Valley — carries no mobilization charge. Programs and site cameras are Phoenix-metro only; everything else is quoted from the published zone table, and we work nationally.
