What to include
The faster we can quote, the fewer emails it takes. Send building count, approximate square footage per building, city, the file formats your team actually opens, and your deadline.
Insurance & NDAs
Certificates of insurance provided on request before site access. NDAs signed routinely — send yours with the scope.
What happens after you send this
You get a reply, usually within a few hours during business hours. If anything in the scope is ambiguous we ask about it then rather than guessing and quoting wrong.
In writing, itemized: base capture, each add-on, any complexity multiplier, rush if applicable, mobilization. Not a range, and not a number that moves later unless the scope moves.
Usually within a week, sooner if the deadline requires it. Rush turnaround is priced publicly rather than used as leverage.
What to include so the first reply is a number
- Address, approximate floor area, and number of stories.
- Which deliverables you need — or a description of the problem, and we will say which deliverables solve it.
- Access: occupied or vacant, escorted, badge lead time, after-hours required.
- Your deadline, and whether it is a real one.
- If there is more than one building, tell us about all of them. Volume and travel batching are the two biggest levers on cost, and they only work if we know.
If you would rather not talk to anyone yet
Reasonable. The estimate calculator gives you a real number in about ninety seconds with no email required, and the full pricing schedule is published — every rate, every multiplier, every add-on. You can work out what your project costs without any contact with us at all, which is the point of publishing it.
If the number is more than you want to spend, you have learned that immediately rather than after two calls and a site visit. That outcome is fine by us.
