How RevealBuilt collects, uses and protects information. Last updated August 25, 2026.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Name, company, email, phone, project details and any files you send when you request a quote or engage us.
- Project data. Imagery, measurements, measured geometry and drawings produced during an engagement, together with the site information needed to schedule and deliver it.
- Site usage data. Standard analytics — pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, device and browser. We use this to understand which pages are useful.
How we use it
- To scope, quote, schedule and deliver work you have asked for
- To respond to inquiries and provide support
- To send project-related communication — we do not add inquiries to a marketing list without consent
- To improve the website and understand how it is used
- To meet legal, accounting and insurance obligations
Project data and confidentiality
Deliverables produced for a client belong to that client. We do not publish, license or reuse client project imagery for marketing without written permission. Where an engagement is covered by an NDA, the NDA governs.
Files relating to litigation or insurance matters are retained for the period agreed at intake and are not deleted on a hosting schedule.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — hosting, analytics, capture processing, payment and email — each bound to handle it appropriately, and where required by law.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed for the relationship and applicable record-keeping. Project files are retained per the engagement, and for litigation matters per the agreed retention window.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it. Contact us using the details on the contact page.
