Why this industry buys drawings more often than most
Licensed cultivation, manufacturing and dispensary facilities operate under regimes that generally require a scaled facility diagram as part of the license file — showing room uses, limited-access areas, and in most states the placement and coverage of the security camera system. The requirement is not one-time: material changes to the premises typically trigger an amended diagram, and expansions almost always do.
Which means the operator who built out three years ago, added a flower room, converted a vault and moved a wall is now carrying a license file that no longer matches the building. That gap is usually discovered by an inspector.
Requirements vary by state and change often. We produce the measured drawings; confirm the current filing requirement with your compliance counsel, because that is their job and not ours.

The re-documentation cycle
Most operators need this more than once: at build-out, at each material change, and at any change of ownership or license transfer where the buyer's diligence team wants to see the premises as it actually is. Repeat engagements on the same facility are quoted off the existing capture and cost considerably less than the first one, because the geometry is already established.
Discretion
NDAs signed before quoting. Files are delivered to you and are not retained beyond the twelve-month working window, are never used as portfolio material, and are never shown as a sample without written permission. Given what is on the walls of a cultivation facility, that is a condition of the work rather than a courtesy.
Are you a compliance consultant?
No, and you should be suspicious of a measurement vendor who says otherwise. We produce accurate drawings of what is there. Whether those drawings satisfy a particular regulator's current filing format is a question for your compliance counsel, and we will format to whatever they specify.
Can you work in a live cultivation environment?
Yes. Capture is tripod-based and non-contact, takes about thirty minutes per 2,500 ft², and requires nothing switched off. We follow your gowning and access protocol.
What does it cost?
Most single-facility engagements run $3,000–$12,000 depending on area and floor count. A 6,000 ft² dispensary with a measured plan and walkthrough is around $4,500. Price yours.
